General Points
The phytotherapy course consists of 12 Modules:
- By mail: all modules will be sent out at the beginning of the course.

Downloads: download at your convenience.
An assessment test (True or False) at the end of each module must be returned to us by fax, mail, or you may complete the test directly on this website.
You will receive a proposed timetable with your module package at the begining of the course.
A score of 60% is the passing grade for each Module. Should you
not attain the passing grade, we will send you a second assessment test. |

Fees
The price of the entire 12-module course is $350 plus tax. This includes a $75 registration fee.
If five or more people from the same business register; or for those who chose to download the course from this website, the price of the course per participant is $300 plus tax. For mail delivery, please add $15 plus tax.
Graduates and registered Students of the 10-modules version of the course, are invited to register to module 11 & 12 only. The price is $50 plus tax for both modules. If five or more people from the same business
register; or for those who chose to download module 11 & 12 from this
website, the price per participant is $40 plus tax. For mail delivery, please add $5 plus tax.
Non Canadian residents will not be charged taxes.

Payment
Payment by credit card or check is accepted and is processed one week prior to the start date of the program. Checks should be made payable to Bioforce Canada Inc. Checks are accepted from Canadian residents only.

Refunds
The registration fee of $75 is non-refundable.
Before the program starts: If written notice of withdrawal is received
by the registration deadline, the tuition fee is fully
refundable.
After the program starts: program tuition fee is non-refundable once the first 3 modules according to the calendar are completed. If the equivalent in time is passed, whether the course is completed or not, the course is non-refundable.

Delays
If the Student must suspend his studies for a long period, the
Institute must be notified. Students are allowed a 2 year window
from their start date during which they complete the course.
