Ingredients and preparation:
3 tablespoons of any bioSnacky® seeds (allow to germinate according to package instructions)
1 seasonal lettuce, washed and cut into small pieces
1 orange or tangerine, peeled and cut into 2-3 cm long portions
1 kiwi, cut in slices
1 onion, cut into fine rings


Place all the ingredients, together with 2 cups of mixed seedlings, in a large salad bowl and mix well. Prepare a salad dressing from 3 tablespoons Natur® sunflower oil, 2 tablespoons orange juice, pepper and Herbamare® Original aromatic sea salt. Pour this dressing over the salad.
