In this recipe, I'll use sunflower seeds, they're my absolute favorite. As a child, I preferred sunflower seeds instead of candy - because I liked them so much.

How to make Gluten free crispbread

1. Mix the dry ingredients, add the water, oil and egg.

2. Pat the dough thinly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

3. Bake at 195° C (375° F) for about 40 mins.
