Kick-start the day with an explosion of quinoa, fruit and nuts. Packed full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, this organic muesli is not only a healthy and nutritious breakfast, but tastes great too.

Ingredients

Quinoa Muesli with Fruit & Nuts

  • 1 cup quinoa, raw
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • A handful of blueberries
  • A handful of walnuts
  • A handful of almonds
  • 150ml almond milk

Full of Goodness

  • Gluten-free
  • Contains all the essential amino acids
  • Good source of the B vitamins

Quinoa is higher in protein than other grains and cereals. Protein is necessary for tissue growth and repair. Quinoa is also a good source of magnesium, a mineral important for nerve and muscle function.

How to make Quinoa Muesli with Fruit & Nuts

1. Combine the quinoa, fruit and nuts.

2. Serve with almond milk.
