How to make Super Veg & Fruit Green Smoothie

1. Choose which fruit and vegetables you would like in your smoothie. The ratio should be 50% vegetables to 50% fruit.

2. Choose which flavours you would like and add.

3. Add fluid to make desired quantity.

4. Blend until smooth.
