I have been feeling tingling going down my left arm and into my hand and fingers, on and off everyday. I smoke about 7-8 cigarettes per day, I'm 32 and I have a pretty active job. Could it be blood pressure? I'm skinny, but I eat a lot of junk at night. What do you think?

Tingling in your arm and fingers is not usually a sign of high blood pressure, but can be a sign of issues with blood circulation and your heart. I would recommend that you consult your doctor for a proper diagnosis and then, if you want information based on that diagnosis, I will be happy to provide it for you. Only your doctor can determine exactly what the problem is.
