Digestive health & milk thistle: do i take these with or away from food?

For faster results with Digestive Health, you can take it at the beginning of meals but if you take it only when digestion is more difficult you can wait until the symptoms start. The results usually take 10-15 minutes to kick in while at the beginning of meals they can completely prevent the symptoms from appearing. 

For Milk thistle, using it on an empty stomach (at least 15 minutes before food) makes it work faster than after meals. If the person has a very sensitive liver and tend to over-react it is a very good idea to take it after meals to buffer reactions.
