What kind of physical activity is best to relieve PMS cramping?

When suffering from PMS cramps, it is very important to exercise throughout the month.  The type of exercise does not matter that much, it is more the fact that exercising helps increase endorphin levels in the body, a hormone that makes you happier and more relaxed.  

Higher levels of endorphin help reduce muscle cramping and because the uterus is one of the biggest muscles in the body, it makes a big difference.
