I take thyroid medication and my eyes are often irritated. I would like to know what tonic could help me. Thank you.

First of all, it is essential to drink a lot of water because dehydration can cause fatigue and dry eyes, which then become irritated.  In cases of thyroid troubles, it is all the more important to drink a lot of water since both skin and eyes have a tendency to be dry.  You need to drink at least 2 litres of water per day.  Tea and coffee do not count because they are both diuretics.

To retain your water as much as possible, you must eat good fats, especially Omega-3s. The thyroid has a big impact of fat metabolism.  It is recommended to eat fatty fish, flaxseed oil and hemp oil. A.Vogel VegOmega-3 is an excellent source of Omega-3s.

Finally, since you are already taking thyroid medication, you cannot improve your energy level with products that stimulate it. A better option is Rhodiola Complex (previously called Vital Energy) from A.Vogel.  It helps to reduce the stress sustained by the thyroid, allowing it to respond better to medication and thus increasing your energy level. Rhodiola Complex works on adrenal glands, which also have a big impact on energy.
