  • 2 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 3 sticks
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons of Bambu Instant
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or pear concentrate
  • 3/4 cup whipped cream
  • a dash of kirsch or kirsch flavoring


Puree the banana and cottage cheese. Mix the puree with the vanilla, Bambu and sugar. Add the whipped cream to the mixture.
Add kirsch to taste.
