Ingredients:

Makes 2 glasses

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 400 mL of soy milk
  • 2 tbsp of Bambu instant
  • 1 tbsp of wheat germ or flaxseed
  • Honey to taste

Preparation:

Mix well all the ingredients in a blender to create a smooth drink. Serve cold.
