Lunch box sandwich

  • Multi grain bread
  • Choice of chicken, egg, avocado, tuna or other salad
  • Tomato slices
  • Alfalfa sprouts

Canapé sandwich

  • Whole wheat, spinach or other tortillas
  • Dijonnaise type mayonnaise
  • Smoke salmon slice
  • Small fine lettuce
  • Mung bean sprouts or other

Roll up tightly and slice into small sections

High performance sandwich

  • Spelt bread
  • Cream cheese
  • Cucumber
  • Vegetarian cretons
  • Broccoli sprouts

Sensational tuna sandwich

  • 1 can of tuna (170 g) drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 diced pickle
  • Chives to taste
  • Herbamare and pepper, to taste
  • 4 medium romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup radish sprouts

Combine first 5 ingredients together. Spread the mixture onto lettuce leaves and place the radish sprouts on top. One can also place each lettuce leaf with the mixture and shoots in a wheat tortilla, roll and enjoy!
