- 1.2 kg of firm potatoes
- 300 g of fine green beans
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 300 g of canned corn
- 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow-orange bell pepper sliced
- To taste Herbamare® Original
Peel and slice the potatoes and cook them in salted water for 20 minutes.
Trim the tips of the green beans and break them in half. Cook them for 8 minutes in salted water. Heat the corn and the slices of bell pepper for 8 minutes at low heat. Season with Herbamare® Original.
Strain the potatoes, add the corn and bell peppers and mash everything together. Also, add a little corn juice. Season with Herbamare® Original and let simmer another 3 minutes.
Serve with pork tenderloin or delicately braised chicken filets. Can also be served with fish.
