  • 4 endives
  • 100 g of lettuce
  • 250 g of grapes
  • Mustard and honey salad dressing
  • Bunch of watercress
  • To taste Herbamare® Original aromatic sea salt


Cut the ends of the endives, trim them lengthwise, discarding the tough core. Cut the endives into long strips and place them in a large salad bowl. Add the lettuce and grapes.

Pour dressing on top and garnish with watercress. Season to taste. Serve immediately. Delicious with slices of roast beef or grilled chicken.
