Carrot-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 1 glass

  • 1 big ripe mango
  • 100 mL of Biotta carrot juice
  •  8 ice cubes
  • 100 mL plain yogurt

Preparation:

Peel and chop mango. Crush ice cubes in a blender. Add the mango pieces, the carrot juice and the yogurt. Mix until a frothy texture appears and serve.

Berry Power Smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 4 glasses

  • 400 mL Biotta carrot juice
  • 300 mL pineapple juice
  • 200 g fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp A.Vogel Vitality Prebiotik

Preparation:

Mix in a blender until a frothy texture appears and serve.

Molkosan Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 2 glasses

  • ½ can of frozen unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 125 mL of frozen unsweetened fruits
  • 250 mL of water
  • 15 mL of Molkosan

Preparation:

Mix in a blender until a frothy texture appears and serve. You can adjust the consistency of this drink by varying the quantity of water you add.

Carrot-Berries Smoothie

Ingredients

Makes 2 glasses

  • 500 mL Biotta Carrot juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp of fresh sea-buckthorn berries or cranberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 100 g plain yogurt

Preparation:

Mix in a blender until a frothy texture appears and serve.
