Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Natur® safflower oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh oregano (or 1 tbsp dried oregano)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Herbamare® Original

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together in a large, sealable plastic bag or a glass dish.

Add the meat or tofu, making sure each piece is well coated. Close the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.

Cook on the barbecue and enjoy!
