Ingredients:

  • 227 g (1⁄2 lbs) brook trout filets
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 85 ml (1⁄3 cup) vegetable broth
  • To taste Herbamare® Original

Preparation:

Place trout in a saucepan and season with Herbamare® Original. Place asparagus on fish and pour vegetable broth over.
Cover and cook at low heat for 7 minutes or until fish is cooked.
