- 227 g (1⁄2 lbs) brook trout filets
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 85 ml (1⁄3 cup) vegetable broth
- To taste Herbamare® Original
Place trout in a saucepan
and season with Herbamare® Original. Place asparagus on fish and pour vegetable
Cover and cook at low heat for 7 minutes or until fish is cooked.
