  • 1 whole chicken (or 8 thighs)
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 tbsp. aromatic herbs
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. Herbamare® Zesty


Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Melt the butter and add the herbs, paprika and Herbamare® Zesty. Pour the mixture over the chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook on the barbecue until done, or bake in a 350°F (180°C) preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes (with the oven door slightly ajar). When properly cooked, the chicken pieces should be crispy and golden. Serve with salad or seasonal vegetables.
