  • 1 head of kohlrabi, finely chopped
  • 250 ml (1 c.) pine nuts
  • 250 ml (1 c.) parmesan cheese
  • Herbamare® Original and pepper to taste

Dressing:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 125 ml (½ c.) olive oil

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients and serve.
