- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of flour
- 250 ml of water from cooked vegetables
- Soya cream
- To taste Herbamare® Original
- 2-3 tbsp of cheese (cheddar or other)
Use butter and flour to make the roux and 250 ml of water from cooked vegetables (such as broccoli) to prepare the sauce.
Next, add a little soya cream to obtain a white sauce. Season the nutmeg and Herbamare® Original, add a few spoonfuls of grated cheese and mix until the cheese has completely melted.
Remove from heat and serve. You can also use cream cheese or mozzarella.
This sauce is perfect with pasta and on cooked vegetables.
