Ingredients:

Makes 20 to 24 cookies

  • 500 mL (2 cups) Natur® Peanut butter
  • 500 mL (2 cups) Maple syrup
  • 750 mL (3 cups) Flour - unbleached or whole wheat

Preparation:

Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix until smooth. Gradually add the flour and stir well.

Preheat oven to 175 °C(350 °F). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the anti-adhesive cookie plate. Flatten with fork dipped in flour, making crisscross pattern. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven.
