- 4 thick slices of wheat bread
- Goat cheese
- 1 juicy pear
- 2 tbsp of honey
- Crushed almonds
Preheat oven at 400 °F (200⁰C).
Cut cheese into slices and garnish the bread with it. Peel the pear, remove the pips and cut into slices. Place the pear slices on the goat cheese and drizzle with honey. Next, sprinkle with almonds.
Cook in oven for about 8 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
