- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Olive oil
- 4 cups (1L) Pumpkin flesh, coarsely chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 2 Small onions, coarsely chopped
- 3 Carrots sliced
- 2 cups (500 mL) Chicken or vegetable broth
- To taste Herbamare® Original, pepper
Brown garlic and onion in
olive oil until golden. Add the pumpkin flesh, carrots and sauté 5
minutes. Cover with broth, bring to a boil and let simmer for 20
Season with Herbamare® Original and pepper. Reduce to cream and enjoy!
For ginger lovers, add 2 tbsp (30 mL) of fresh grated ginger to the broth.
