Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 green onion or chive, finely chopped
  • 500 g Balkan- or Greek-style yogurt
  • Herbamare® to taste
  • A pinch of chili pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cumin
  • 7 fresh mint leaves

Preparation:

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Scrape out the seeds and grate the cucumber. Drain for 10 minutes. Crush the garlic and chop the mint leaves. Combine: garlic, cucumber, yogurt, Herbamare®, chili, mint, cumin and onions. Serve as a dip.
