Ingredients:

4 servings

  • 600 g of ground beef
  • 80 g of sundried tomatoes
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Flat parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Strips of white cabbage
  • Strips of celery root
  • Red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt 
  • Herbamare® Original to taste

Preparation:

Make meatballs with ground beef. Chop sundried tomatoes, shallot, garlic and flat parsley. Mix together.

Make a hole in each meatball and stuff with vegetable mixture. Seal the hole. Brown meatballs at low heat in olive oil.

Serve with a raw vegetable salad with white cabbage or celery root, red bell pepper, and flat parsley, accompanied with the mix of mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with Herbamare® Original.

Serve with whole-wheat bread.
