  • 4 tomatoes seeded and cut in quarters
  • 1 red bell pepper seeded and cut in half
  • 1 chili pepper seeded and cut in half
  • 1 lime, washed
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • To taste Herbamare® Original


Dice tomatoes and bell pepper into small pieces and chop the chili pepper.

Grate zest and press the lime juice over the vegetables. Add garlic and cilantro and season with Herbamare® Original. Mix everything together.

Delicious with pasta, fish, chicken and shrimp.
