Calcarea carbonica 4X (mineral), Calcarea phosphorica 6X (mineral), Natrum phosphoricum 6X (mineral), Silicea 6X (mineral), Urtica dioica 1X (herb).

Lactose, starch, magnesium stearate.

Dosage
Adults and children 12 years and older:
Place 2 tablets under the tongue, 3 times daily, 15 minutes before meals. Allow to slowly dissolve in the mouth. In acute cases take hourly.

Historical Overview
Demineralization is a common problem. It is the result of different living conditions and habits: stress, inadequate diet, alcohol, high-sugar diet, rapid growth, pregnancy, nursing, etc. These factors influence the body’s ability to assimilate minerals. In these conditions, demineralization may occur even in the presence of sufficient quantities of minerals.
Urticalcin® is designed to help the body assimilate minerals. It promotes their absorption, their metabolism and their proper usage.

Actions and Pharmacology
Calcarea carbonica (calcium carbonate) 4 X
Calcium carbonate is obtained from pulverized oyster shells. In homeopathy, oyster calcium is known as a stimulant of the periosteum (a membrane covering the bone and involved in bone regeneration and growth). It is also useful for mental and physical exhaustion, calcium metabolism disorders and delayed dentition.
Calcarea phosphorica (calcium phosphate) 6 X
In homeopathic dilution, calcium phosphate is recommended for delayed dentition, prevention of tooth decay, fragile bones and delayed healing of fractured bones. Calcarea phosphorica is particularly effective for the « phosphoric » person: tall, skinny, demineralized, with a rapid growth (with fragile bones and growing pains) and with poor stamina.
Natrum phosphoricum (sodium phosphate) 6 X
Natrum phosphoricum supports the physiological processes and promotes overall well-being. It is recommended for gastric as well as muscle (lactic acid pains) acidity. It relieves cracking joints and rheumatism in the knees. Natrum phosphoricum is typically effective for the person sensitive to cold and whose sleep is agitated.
Silicea (silica) 6 X
Silicea promotes mineral assimilation. It therefore helps to relieve demineralization-related problems such as: fatigue, exhaustion, neurasthenia, bone disease, brittle hair and nails, tooth decay, thinness, sensitivity to cold, etc. It is also recommended for vaccine complications, chronic suppurations and in the presence of swollen lymph nodes.

Stinging Nettle is a member of the Urticacae family and is found in all temperate climates around the world.
