Composition

Each tablet contains:
Medicinal Ingredients:
Magnesium (trimagnesium dicitrate) 22.5 mg;
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea L.) root extract (ratio 20:1) 100 mg;
standardized to 1 mg salidrosides and 3 mg rosavins;
Oat (Avena sativa L.) seed extract (ratio 1.7:1) 150 mg.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica, glycerine

Dosage

Adults: Take one tablet twice daily with water.

Contraindications

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have bipolar spectrum disorder.
