The ingredients

White clay

Did you know that white clay is one of the oldest natural materials used by man? In fact, it is used in various fields: ceramics, natural medicine and, of course, cosmetics!

When it comes to treating acne, I choose white clay. It contains many minerals, such as zinc, calcium, potassium, iron, silicon and magnesium, which makes it very interesting for cleansing and nourishing the skin. It is the most appropriate ingredient for this treatment, because it does the job without dehydrating the skin, unlike other varieties of clay.

The addition of oil improves the texture of the mask and gently nourishes the skin. It's really easy, pleasant and effective to use this way. I use it more regularly when pimples emerge. If the problems are more serious, it can be combined with other remedies and creams. It can also be used occasionally if you want to clean your skin.

Lavender essential oil

This is one of the most widely used essential oils because of its many benefits. True lavender (lavandula officinalis or lavandula angustifolia) also known as true lavender is a plant known for its calming, antispasmodic and analgesic properties.

Aromaforce lavender essential oil is a high quality essential oil that has a sweet, balsamic, floral and herbaceous fragrance. It is a 100% pure, natural and undiluted essential oil. Unlike other essential oils, lavender essential oil can be applied directly to the skin.

However, if you have sensitive or reactive skin and want to treat irritation or itching, consider mixing your lavender oil with sweet almond oil. If you suffer from dermatological problems like acne, eczema, psoriasis, use lavender essential oil for its bactericidal and antiseptic powers.

Dried lavender flowers

Lavender is used in essential oils, soaps, beauty products, potpourri, etc. It is native to the northern Mediterranean (Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, etc.), but has also become naturalized elsewhere in Europe and the United States. In addition to its essential oil, you can use the whole dried flower as an exfoliating ingredient in the mask.

Sweet Almond Oil

Sweet almond oil is rich in vitamins, mainly vitamin A, which helps improve skin elasticity, and vitamin E, which accelerates cell repair. It is extracted from the kernel of the almond tree, an oil well known for its softening and smoothing properties, especially for the skin of pregnant women and babies. Thanks to its multiple benefits, it is ideal for daily use. It is also the best friend of dry skin It is also known for being super effective on dry skin. . It is rich in omega 6 and omega 9, essential fatty acids that the skin needs. Not only does it deeply moisturize, but it also helps rebuild and strengthen the skin's hydrolipidic film, which protects it from external aggressions, prevents dehydration and makes it more supple.
