These popsicles are quick to make and refreshing for those hot Summer days.

Bilberry Popsicles

  • 1/3 cup Wild Bilberry Juice
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup lime juice - you can use less lime juice since it's sour.
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1 tsp lavender honey

Full of Goodness

  • Hydrating
  • Good source of potassium
  • Source of fiber

Coconut water is hydrating so it's perfect in a popsicle mixed with lime and bilberry juice. It's sour, healthy and delicious.

With their high levels of antioxidants, blueberries are immune boosting  superfoods which can help fight off infections such as colds & flu.

How to make Bilberry Popsicles

1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend.

2. Pour evenly into popsicle molds.

3. Place in freezer for a few hours to freeze.
