Made with fresh mango, purple carrot juice and yoghurt, this refreshing and healthy smoothie is naturally sweet and delicious. You can try adding some ginger to this recipe to make it sweet & spicy.

It’s well known that carrots are good for the eyes but did you know they are natural pain relievers as well? Carrots have anti-inflammatory properties which can help ease aching muscles & joints and other inflammatory conditions.

How to make Purple Carrot & Mango Smoothie

1. Mix all the ingredients until frothy.

2. Serve immediately.
