Energizing Overnight Oats

Rolled oats, almond butter and Bio-Strath provide a great start to the day. Try this energizing overnignt will give you an extra long energy boost.

Energizing Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp Natur Almond butter
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond or soya milk
  • ½ or 1 tbsp Bio-Strath Elixir
  • 1 or 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)


  • Raspberries or mixed berries

Full of Goodness

  • High in fibre
  • Full of  healthy vitamins & minerals
  • Excellent source of protein

For people on a dairy free diet, almond milk is a healthy & nutritious alternative. This overnight oats is also packed with healthy benefits such as helping to prevent digestive problems such as constipation due to its high fibre content.

How to make Energizing Overnight Oats

1. Mix all ingredients, except the toppings, in a bowl.

2. Spoon into a Mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Top with your fruit of choice.

3. Close and refrigerate overnight before eating.
