Hayfever Blasting Smoothie

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ thumb sized chunk of fresh ginger
  • Handful of crushed ice

  • Rich in vitamin C
  • Packed with natural antihistamines
  • Nutritious & healthy

Vitamin C is known as a great natural antihistamine, so increasing your daily intake of vitamin C boosting foods such as oranges and strawberries can help ease those annoying hayfever symptoms.

How to make Hayfever Blasting Smoothie

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, add crushed ice, stir and enjoy.
