Blue Mojito Mocktail

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 10 fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Bilberry Juice
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 cup sparkling mineral water


  • 3 ice cubes

With their high levels of antioxidants, blueberries are immune boosting  superfoods which can help fight off infections such as colds & flu.

How to make Blue Mojito Mocktail

1. Muddle the mint and blueberries together in a mason jar

2. Add the juices and sparking water over ice (if using)

3. Add a fresh mint sprig for garnish
