Elderberry Immunity “Mocktail”

Sweet, tart and refreshing, Elderberry juice is rich in antioxidants and combined with echinacea, this cocktail will help you boost your immune system!

Ingredients

Elderberry Immunity Mocktail

Optional

  • 2 tbsp honey syrup
  • mint leaves for garnish

Honey Syrup

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup warm water

Full of Goodness

  • Good source of magnesium, a factor in energy metabolism, tissue formation and bone development.
  • Good source of potassium.

Sweet, tart and refreshing, Elderberry juice has a positive influence on the immune system and has been effective in relieving colds & flu.

How to make Elderberry Immunity Mocktail

1. Combine ingredients, stir and serve. Enjoy!

Honey Syrup

1.Combine honey and water together in a mason jar.

2.Shake until well combined.

3.Store in the fridge and use for the following recipes (as needed).
