Inspired by the virgin Pina colada’s my kids and I enjoy on our family vacations. The base is the Biotta Vita 7 juice.

Full of Goodness

Excellent source of Vitamin C, a dietary antioxidant that helps to reduce free radicals and lipid oxidation in body tissues. The fat in coconut is a healthy type of saturated fat, which the body immediately burns rather than storing.

How to make Tropicalia mocktail

1. In a blender, put Vita 7 juice, ice, coconut cream and blend.

2. Serve immediately with a festive umbrella and slices of fresh pineapple and a few fresh or frozen cherries.
