With their high levels of antioxidants, bilberries and cranberries are immune boosting superfoods which can help fight off infections such as colds & flu.

 

How to make Wild Bilberry Mocktail

1. Mix equal parts Wild Bilberry & Apple juice. Add a dash of sparkling water. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of thyme.
