PB&J Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Natur peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Full of Goodness

  • High in fibre
  • Full of  healthy vitamins & minerals
  • Excellent source of protein

For people on a dairy free diet, almond milk is a healthy & nutritious alternative. This overnight oats is also packed with healthy benefits such as helping to prevent digestive problems such as constipation due to its high fibre content.

How to make PB&J Overnight Oats

1. Mix almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey and oats to a mason jar or bowl. Don't worry about completely incorporating the peanut butter, but do try to blend it a little to it's not 1 or 2 big chunks.

2. Press everything down so to make sure the whole mixture is soaking up the almond milk.

3. Cover and place in fridge overnight (or at least 6 hours).

4. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
