It’s well known that carrots are good for the eyes but did you know they are natural pain relievers as well? Carrots have anti-inflammatory properties which can help ease aching muscles & joints and other inflammatory conditions.
1. Brown garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
2. Add the pumpkin flesh, carrots and sauté 5 minutes.
3. Cover with broth. Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) of fresh grated ginger to the broth. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Season with Herbamare® Original and pepper. Reduce to cream and enjoy!
