Packed with delicious strawberries and pears, this refreshing and fruity smoothie is one of my favourite recipes. It’s so quick and easy to make and super good for you too!

Ingredients

Strawberry & Pear Smoothie

  • Handful of strawberries
  • 2 pears
  • Small handful of sage
  • 1 cup of water

Full of Goodness

  • Super rich in vitamin C
  • High in antioxidants
  • Packed with healthy nutrients

An excellent source of vitamin C, strawberries are a powerful immunity booster, while their antioxidant nutrients help promote good eye health and keep skin healthy and glowing.

How to make Strawberry & Pear Smoothie

1. Blend all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
