Molkosan: How much is the recommended dose per day. I see the serving size is 1 TBSP but how often?
It is recommended to take 1 tablespoon of Molkosan 1 to 3 times a day. In most cases once is enough, only in very acute cases or for blood sugar control (then take at the beginning of meals) people need to take it 3 times a day. Here is more information on Molkosan.
