Since New Year's I have learned to cope better with menopause; I don’t have as many mood swings as I did before. Does this mean my hormones are settling down now, as I suffered very badly in the first year?

It is possible that your hormones are settling down, but if you have worked hard at improving your diet, exercising and dealing with any stress, then this will have made a huge impact on how well your body can cope. Keep up the good work and you may feel even better!
