Is there a remedy for fibroids?

It is possible to shrink fibroids. Fibroids feed on estrogens and a way to help counteract fibroid growth is to take indole-3-carbinol (broccoli extract).

This supplement reduces cells reactivity to estrogens thus helping with cysts, fibroids, endometriosis, heavy menses, headaches and migraines linked to the menstrual cycle.

Combined with Vitex from A.Vogel should increase your chances of success.

Bigger fibroids do not always shrink, especially not during perimenopause.  You can try the products, however, it is important to get fibroids checked regularly by your physician to make sure they are not increasing in size.

The good news is that when estrogen levels drop during menopause, fibroids naturally shrink and become inactive.
