  • 2 tbs bioSnacky® Mung bean seed - germinate for 4-5 days
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fennel root
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Natur® Tamari sauce
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • Herbamare® Zesty
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g raisins


Rinse rice under fresh water and cook in twice the amount of water. Peel and dice onion. Slice fennel root and red pepper, combine in a wok with sesame oil and sauté until translucent.

Add water and Tamari sauce and then mix in the cooked rice. Season with ginger and Herbamare® Zesty. Peel, quarter and slice apples. Combine with the mung sprouts and raisins and gently mix into the cooked preparation.

Let stand for 2 minutes and garnish with dill tips. Enjoy!
