  • 2 tsp Natur® flaxseed or sunflower oil
  • 4 tsp light white cheese (Damablanc, Quark)
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • 1 very ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp unpasteurized honey
  • 75 g (½ c.) fresh fruits in season, diced
  • 2 tsp raw whole grains, freshly ground in a coffee grinder. Never mix whole grains. Choose: whole grain rice, buckwheat, pot barley, oatmeal, millet)
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds + 1 tsp freshly ground seeds or nuts, such as sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, walnut, almond, hazelnut, pecan, Brazil nut)


In a mixer, cream the cheese and oil. Incorporate the other ingredients and mix well. If the consistency is too thick, add water.
