  • 750 ml (3/4 c.) quinoa, cooked
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 125 ml (½ c.) almond or rice milk
  • 60 ml (¼ c.) unsweetened apple sauce
  • 125 ml (½ c.) fresh or dried fruits
  • 2 tsp ground seeds, or 6-8 nuts


Combine all the ingredients and enjoy!

To cook quinoa:
Place two parts water to one part of quinoa in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer the quinoa for about 15 minutes or until the grain becomes translucent.
