  • 1½ pounds ground turkey
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 125 ml (½ c.) breadcrumbs
  • 250 ml (1 c.) feta cheese
  • 60 ml (¼ c.) dried tomatoes in oil, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp FCP olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika


Brown the onions. In a large bowl, combine onions, turkey and all the other ingredients. Form into patties and cook on the grill for about 8-10 minutes on each side. Put the patty on a bun (English muffin). Top with avocado salsa and/or tomatoes, lettuce and other vegetables. You can also add raita or tzatziki sauce. You can add a pinch of paprika to the tzatziki to add a touch of spice to the dip.
