  • 2 large zucchinis
  • 400 ml water
  • 4 tbsp bioSnacky broccoli sprouts (or the sprouts of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Herbamare® Zesty
  • 1 pinch turmeric


Wash and cut zucchini into rings. Place olive oil and turmeric in a thick bottomed pot and stir over low heat for a few seconds. Then add zucchini and water. Cover and cook 20 minutes.

When the zucchini is transparent, pour zucchini and cooking liquids into mixer bowl. Salt and reduce to cream. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water. Serve hot, sprinkling each portion with the sprouts of your choice.
