A quick and easy decadent dessert that isn't filled with too much sugar.

Mini Cocoa & Peanut Butter Cheesecakes

  • 250g cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Natur Cocoa
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 to 2 tbs Monk Fruit Sweetener or honey or maple syrup

These mini cheesecakes are a great way to treat yourself without loading up with sugar. The cocoa and peanut flavors from the Natur add a great twist to a traditional dessert.

How to make Mini Cocoa & Peanut Butter Cheesecakes

1. Place cream cheese (room temperature), Natur Cocoa and Monk Fruit Sweetener (or honey or maple syrup) in a bowl and blend with hand mixer on low/medium speed until smooth.

2. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute. Once out, mix with a spoon until melted.

3. Line a muffin tray with 6 liners and pour melted chocolate evenly into each one. Place in freezer for 15 minutes.

4. Pour cheesecake mix evenly on top of the bottom chocolate layers and freeze for 15 minutes.

5. Store in fridge or freezer and eat within days.
