Get off to a good start, with this antioxidant-rich smoothie made from carrot and orange juice. This refreshing smoothie is ideal for a hot summer day.

Morning Smile Smoothie

  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of carrot juice or juice of 3-4 carrots
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of orange juice
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) of soya milk
  • 10 mL ( 2 teaspoons) chia seeds
  • 15 drops of A.Vogel Avenaforce®

Full of Goodness

  • Rich in antioxidant nutrients
  • Excellent source of vitamin A
  • High in dietary fibre

It’s well known that carrots are good for the eyes but did you know they are natural pain relievers as well? Carrots have anti-inflammatory properties which can help ease aching muscles & joints and other inflammatory conditions.
